We are thrilled to announce the nominations for the esteemed FERD’s List 2024 cohort are now open.
This initiative is dedicated to honoring exceptional young entrepreneurs and leaders across Europe. Established in collaboration with FERD, FERD’s List aims to recognise individuals who embody visionary innovation and are leaving a lasting impact on society. These remarkable individuals are connected by their participation in JA practical entrepreneurial experiences during their schooling years.
Selection Criteria
FERD’s List seeks to spotlight young leaders who have demonstrated outstanding achievements following their involvement in JA programs. The selection process emphasises not only their accomplishments but also celebrates the journey they are undertaking, recognizing the transformation of their potential into tangible societal value.
Criteria for nomination include:
- Participation in a Junior Achievement company program or equivalent
- Remarkable young entrepreneur and/or leader aged 25 to 45
- Catalyst for change and innovator
- Demonstrated evidence of business or organisational growth
- Contribution to value creation
- Driven by a desire for success while also giving back; serving as exemplary leaders and role models.
- Possessing traits such as trustworthiness, passion, high integrity, effective communication skills, active listening, visionary thinking, gratitude towards their team, and a positive outlook.
